Report a problem

Please include your game version/build, iPhone or iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version, in-game region and level, what happened and what you expected. Approximate time, reproduction steps and an optional screenshot help us investigate. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Crashes or lost progress

Reopen the game first. If it repeatedly closes, tell us the level and actions immediately before the problem. You can also send TestFlight feedback through Apple's TestFlight app. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the game while investigating missing progress: the current game saves locally, and cloud recovery is not yet available.

Sound and gameplay settings

Check the game's music and sound settings, your device volume and connected audio accessories. Gameplay analytics is optional; see Privacy Choices to manage summary and detailed move sharing.

Shop and rewards

The current shop does not process real purchases or show live rewarded ads. Internal beta purchases use a separate simulated wallet and do not represent a charge or a transferable balance. If an expected game reward is missing, tell us the level and what you earned.

Privacy or beta account requests

Contact us with “Moonshine privacy request” in the subject. We can help determine what information is needed to identify your request. Signing out of beta Apple sign-in does not delete the authentication record. See our Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices.
